The end......

Well he we are, at the end of another school year and the beginning of the summer. After many days and many months of blogging I'm going to have to say that blogging Fridays have been fun! after a long week of lots of work it's always good to have a lazy class day on a Friday(you still have to do work but you have so much fun doing it.) and you can add these really funny random pictures to it to make it even more fun. I would have to say that my favourite blog of the day would have to be one I did on was 'survival of the fittest'. I think the main reason i enjoyed that one so much was trying to find pictures that related to Survival of the fittest, in the end I choose a hamster lifting a barbell over it's head (it was so funny the moment I first saw it). I didn't have a least favourite blog, they were all really fun to do and it killed time with something fun to do. I think the way the teacher designed the whole process of blogging is fin the way it is, don't change it! Alright moving on from the blogging aspect of it and on to the actual class part of it. Overall it was a really fun class (I always enjoy English class) my favourite activity of the class all year would have to be the 'how to..' project that everyone had to do, The best thing was that you were able to do anything for you 'how to..' project. It could have been anything and well lest be honest alot of those projects that some people did were really random... but fun none the less. My least favourite activity would have to be the little quiz's we had every other day for the class novel: The last book in the Universe. Cause if you were late for class or you had forgotten some of the answers (or you just didn't read it like some people did) you felt kinda dumb for not getting perfect on it.

Looking back to some past projects, I had to do an autobiography on a famous person I deemed worthy of me telling the whole class about. Mt favourite famous person that we worked on was George W. Bush, mostly because that day we have a substitute and the teacher really, really, really, really didn't like George Bush and every other sentence he would make an insult towards poor old George. George Bush trys to do well, he just really sucks at it. I think that the next year class should learn about famous sports teams that have been around for a long time (New Zealand ALL BLACKS, Boston Celtics, etc) from past players to present players. Cause without sports there would be boredom!

Well that's the end of my blogging career, I hope to those in the future that surf the Internet come and find my website and learn from the knowledge that I have learned and written. Keep on learning you crazy teenagers!

How to...

Alright so I've been given a list by a Friend to talk about what was my favourite out of all the "how to.." clips I watched. I watched 7 of them, this was hard to decide what i liked the best because i found them all to be quite informative and useful (especially how to escape from handcuffs, lord knows i have problems with the cops... haha I'm just kidding) But out of them all I would have to say the "How to choose a tattoo" was my favourite. A good majority of people have had that question in there mind 'I want a tattoo... but what should i get?'. This video made alot of good tips. Such as: Browse, come up with something creative but if you cant they have books of tattoos you can choose from. Figure out were you would want to get it (I personally would want to get one on my right shoulder or my forearm) and make it something special, also if it's in another language make sure you actually know what it says correctly. I think a tip they should mention is that you have to keep a band-aid on it (they did mention you have to keep it clean and have anti-bacerial cream) but they forgot to mention that you have to keep a band-aid on it for a day or two just to keep it clean and just in case it bleeds. All and all it well was done and I will take these comments to heart and remember them when i go to get my tattoo in the future. That design to the right is one of the many ideas I had for my own tattoo.

Picture this...

Rodman Philbrick was 27 when his first novel was published for the first his first attempt at the age of 16. I think the fact that he has a good memory and can go back and almost relate his story's to his life as a sixteen year old is one of the reasons he's a good author.

Alright so I've been reading "THE LAST BOOK IN THE UNIVERSE" and it is a really good book, after reading the first chapter I could tell right away that the end of the book will be superb.
So here are some ideas as to what I think some of these people might look like.
Spaz: Ryter: Prov girl Monkey boy Littleface:

The reason i choose the picture for Spaz was because he was the only one i could think of that looks really ratty but can act good. The Ryter picture because i always imagined Ryter had a longer beard and had a hunch and was very thin, unfortunately this was the best i could do :(. The prov girl.. lets be honest it's Meghan fox, and shes like perfect (can you say: "Were not worthy, were not worthy!) The monkey boy pic because i thought it was so funny, there was a tag at the bottom of the picture for what made it funny. But it would have gotten me in trouble. And little face, well i just thought it would be funny.

Survial of the fittest....

Alright so this week i had to research the word "SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST" and well here's the definition : "The idea that species adapt and change by natural selection with the best suited mutations becoming dominant" or to sum it up more simpler : Those that do not survive are unfit. a good example of this would be The animal kingdom or even in some cases sports. A good example for sports relating to this would be sports such as Wrestling, Cross Country, Rugby, etc. Charles Darwin was the creator of this theory, when he made the theory he knew what he was talking about.

Cyberpunk!!!!!

The futuristic stuff i noticed was the giant closing blinds, the star ship, the very very big city and of course that eye scanning machine that was used to see how she responded to the questions. It creates kind of a calming/quiet mood, just the way the sun and sky are at that time makes it feel very calming and the objects in the room give you the thought of wisdom.

After reading the back information for "NERUROMANCER" the contents of the book didn't really catch my attention, but if i had to choose some parts from the book id have to say that the parts about his "mind getting burned micron by micron" and getting banished by cyberspace and than the only way he can get back in is by paying a price. Those were the only parts of it that caught my attention

This is Steel, he was born a mercenary and will die a mercenary. His powers are strength, being able to jump very high and at high speeds and is invincible.
He has no home, he doesn't know where he was born or who his "parents" are. He travels from town to town looking for jobs to do and at the same time he's looking for clues about who he is, why he's here and why he has no memory. He's a very quiet person that only says what he thinks needs to be said.
His only Friend is himself, he doesn't stay in a town long enough to get to know people, his enemies are many. Every time he helps someone who offers the best price he makes enemies with the people he is sent to hurt. The music he listens to is the music of the wild, whether in a dessert, near water or in a forest he listens to the noise around him for music.

Famous people in the media... creepy stuff...

Alright so alot of those advertisements were quite suggestive... My favourite out of the ads that I saw would have to the one with Mr. James Bond (Pierce Brosman) if the watch is good enough Mr.Bond himself, why not me?

And lets be honest it's a decent looking watch :P

My least favourite would probably have to be the one with Brittany spears, cause all it is her on roller blades and in three different spots of the page. I don't even know what shes advertising really..

That's alot of Millions... haha i think some of those advertising endorsements are a bit high in money.. like really really to high. But also if there in a contract to advertise and use, wear or drink the product and it's really bad they do deserve money like that because there putting there good name out there saying "this is some good stuff". Although some of those advertisements... not worth it.. hahaha

I think celebrity's have maybe only a small amount of influence on what people buy. Like lets say your favourite sports team/player is sponsored by Adidas, you would probably think "huh that looks really good.." and so you walk by a sports store and see a deal on Adidas you would most likely go to try the stuff on for two reasons. 1) your favourite sports team wears it, why not you? 2) it's half off. This type of advertising works but not always.

Micheal Phelps was dropped from Kellogg's after pictures of him smoking an illegal substance were shown to the world. I don't really know if they should have dropped him, sure he did something illegal but honestly who doesn't do one thing in there life that illegal? don't judge the man under one circumstance. We all makes mistakes, were only human.

This is James Hetfield, i think the best advertising campaign he could do is maybe either MADD or supporting those commercials that ask you to help find a cure to cancer. MADD because James Hetfield had a big time alcohol abuse problems years back but after rehab he's clean. Helping to find a cure for cancer because his mother died of cancer when he was in his early teens.

Hero? or Villian?

Alright my favourite hero from the list of AFI's top 100 Hero and Villains is of course MR. Indiana Jones!!! *(aka Harrison Ford) The reason he's my favourite hero from the list is because he always has a sense of adventure, his shenanigans is amazing.. And he always gets a girl were ever he goes around the world.

And now the Villain.... DA NANA NAN NA IS Darth Vader! *gasp* The reason Darth Vader is my favourite is because (well for one thing this list is bad..) He's so evil, good guy turned bad. The man who was supposed to save everything juts turned it around and went Psycho! He just gives you that presence of evil, Backstabbing and he will kill you if you screw up a plan.

My favourite Scientist would have to Albert Einstein, He was a genius. But at the same time he introduced one of the worst ideas ever known to man: The Atomic Bomb... Although the idea was brilliant and it's amazing that he could come up with an idea that complex. It's just a shame the weapon was actually put into use and still is today.. :(

Favourite male actor... This one was tough because i think both Harrison ford and Adam Sandler are awesome.. I'm going with Sandler on this one.. He's just really funny, all his movies make you want to laugh yourself stupid (The water boy, Chuck&Larry, Bill Madison, etc) he knows how to make fun of people and do it well so that he doesn't get in trouble with many people that are out there who are nuts.

Favourite Female Actress... From this list... none of these actresses are my favourite...

Least Favour tie sports figure would have to be any of the people who use steroids for baseball or any other sport were it's just really uncalled for.. I mean come on it's baseball, why do u need steroids?
